The U.S. Navy Blue Angels return –June 5 & 6—for the 2010 Chippewa Valley Air Show, sponsored by the Chippewa Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America! The Blues will be the headline act at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The show will open with the U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team doing their famous “Flag Jump” during the National Anthem. In 2010, the Boy Scout organization celebrates their 100th Anniversary, and the air show will be one of many ways the scouts will showcase their talents and opportunities. The Boy Scouts are relevant and ready for the next 100 years!!!

Chippewa County Farmer’s Appreciation Dinner. Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin - The Chippewa County June Dairy Days Farmer’s Appreciation. Dinner will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds. A delicious charcoaled chicken dinner with all of the fixings will be served starting at 5pm. Tickets are $5 a piece and are available for purchase at the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. This annual event, hosted by the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.
